Dan J. Jordan has provided professional services to his clients since 1985, first as a sole practitioner, then as a partner in Jordan & Decker, LLP, and most recently as a sole practitioner again. He provides high-end tax services to individuals, businesses, and non-profit enterprises. In addition, he has significant expertise in audits of small businesses, non-profit organizations, and  Taft-Hartley Employee Trusts.

As a Business Valuation professional, Dr. Jordan is Accredited in Business Valuation and Certified in Financial Forensics by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He also holds a Certified Valuation Analyst designation from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. He specializes in business valuation engagements for estate and tax purposes and for business planning and succession purposes.

Dr. Jordan has extensive research knowledge and expertise in small business and banking mergers and acquisitions.
